The frozen black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) is one of the best alternatives for those months when it is not possible to consume fresh truffle. Laumont’s frozen truffles are of high quality because the selection process of truffles for freezing is carried out during the weeks when their ripening is optimal (January to March). The different formats of frozen black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) are as follows:
• Truffle slices: extra quality black truffle slices, hand-rolled by hand in a regular way, which thanks to their thin thickness can be applied directly from the freezer to the plate. Format in 100g plastic jar.
• Extra quality whole truffle +30g: high quality black truffles of very high quality and large size. It is made from the best truffles that could not be eaten fresh. Format in 1kg or 250g bag.
• Whole truffle (15g to 30g): premium black truffles, medium size. Format in 250g bag.
• Truffle pieces: black truffle pieces are good quality pieces that, for various reasons, have suffered cuts, which do not affect their aroma or taste. Format in 250g bag.
