The essence of the forest
Wild mushrooms are special for many reasons. This delicate product requires complex logistics and careful handling so that they reach the end customer in top condition. Guaranteeing their freshness is absolutely vital for ensuring maximum enjoyment of wild mushrooms.
High-quality mushrooms taste delicious and will transport you to the forest in a single bite. They certainly should not be missing from any kitchen during the season.

A domain to have mushrooms all year round
Cultivated mushrooms have been around forever. When you think of mushrooms, you probably think of the typical chestnut or portobello mushroom.
However, the variety and popularity of cultivated mushrooms in the kitchen has been growing for many years.
Thanks to improved farming techniques around the world, but particularly in Asia, it is now common to find other mushrooms varieties, such as shiitake, shimeji, enoki and eryngii. Asian cuisine is becoming ever more popular and so are these special and tasty mushrooms.

Mushrooms with a concentrated flavour
Drying is the most common way to preserve mushrooms. When dried, the mushrooms lose all of their water, which accounts for about 90% of their composition.
As a result, they need to be soaked properly before using them for cooking. This way, you not only get to use the mushrooms but you can also use the water used to soak them, which is useful for many recipes.

Ready-to-cook Mushrooms
Frozen mushrooms are a popular choice among many consumers. They are particularly appreciated to being quick and easy to use in the kitchen.
Practically all mushroom varieties can be frozen without significantly affecting their quality, and this means we can offer some really interesting mushrooms mixes. Frozen boletus is also a highly popular product, whether whole, sliced or cubed.
