  • Tuber melanosporum truffle EU 6% [Truffle (Tuber melanosporum 98%), (Tuber melanosporum juice 1%), 1% salt]
  • Modified cornstarch
  • Salt
  • Stabiliser (sodium alginate)
  • Refined sunflower oil
  • Stabiliser (xanthan gum)
  • Acidifier (citric acid)
  • Lemon juice.

Shelf life and storage:

Storage: Keep refrigerated (+2º C and +8º C). Do not freeze.

Shelf life: 18 months. Once open, keep refrigerated and eat within 10 days.
