How to use whole truffle preserved
For the finished dish: Take the whole preserved truffle and grate or slice it over fresh pasta, fried or fried eggs, stir-fries or meat stews. It dresses up dishes visually and makes them heavenly. To multiply the flavour of truffle preserves and achieve that heavenly taste, add truffled olive oil, pâté, foie gras, butter or crème fraîche. Be sure to also use the juice with casseroles, salads and vinaigrettes. It elevates the flavours of the food much more.
