The Spanish company strengthens its international presence by participating in La Liste gastronomic events in Paris, Tokyo, and Seoul.
Laumont, a company specialized in high-quality truffles and mushrooms, has renewed its collaboration with La Liste, one of the world’s most influential gastronomic guides, as the official and exclusive truffle and mushroom partner for the 2025-2026 season.
This strategic agreement consolidates Laumont’s international positioning in the field of fine dining and marks its presence at three key events in the global gastronomic calendar.
By the end of 2025, Laumont will participate in the Annual La Liste Gala, held at the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs in Paris. This event brings together the most influential chefs and restaurants worldwide to announce the Top 1,000 World’s Best Restaurants and Special Awards recognizing culinary excellence, innovation, and sustainability. Laumont will be present during the gala cocktail reception, where renowned chefs will cook live with Laumont truffles. Additionally, its products will be integrated into the official gala dinner menu.
New this year, Laumont’s presence will also extend to Asia, participating in the La Liste award ceremonies and receptions in Tokyo and Seoul in the month of October. These gatherings celebrate the culinary excellence of each region and bring together local gastronomic communities in exclusive events. In both cases, Laumont will offer an immersive experience with tastings and live truffle preparations, led by chefs specializing in truffles and mushrooms.
