The earth inspires us, we respond
Projects that improve lives and care for the environment.
A commitment with roots and purpose
At Laumont, we believe that social responsibility is not a separate chapter, but the way we do things. From Tàrrega to the rest of the world, we care for people, work alongside our community, and protect the environment that gives us life.
Every truffle, every mushroom, and every unique aroma that reaches our hands is a gift from the earth, and our way of responding is by caring for what inspires us: we collaborate with organizations that promote inclusion and social development, we drive cultural and sporting initiatives that strengthen our territory, and we apply sustainable practices that reduce our environmental impact.
Our philosophy is built on three pillars that guide every decision:
Laumont Community
Our commitment extends beyond our facilities. We work alongside associations, as well as cultural and sporting entities, to strengthen the social fabric and provide support where it is needed most.

When we combine talent, we multiply opportunities
We unite our talents to create an exceptional product with soul
This is how the truffled chocolate "cubanitos" were born, created by Laumont and El Rosal, a project that joined a company expert in premium quality truffles with a social bakery specialized in artisanal biscuits. The result is a high-quality truffled biscuit with an added value: a commitment to people. It is a product that has been slow-cooked with determination, using ingredients such as teamwork, innovation, and trust in people's talent and capabilities.

Visual Impairment Association Catalonia B1+B2+B3
At Laumont, we wanted to pay tribute to an essential coworker: the dog. Under the slogan “Your Best Company,” we launched an awareness campaign alongside the Visual Impairment Association Catalonia B1+B2+B3 to highlight the key role that guide dogs and truffle dogs play in many people's lives.
Our collaboration with the organization had a two-fold approach: we made a €2,000 donation destined for the training of assistance dogs, and we produced an audiovisual piece starring Alba Morancho, a member of the association, and Jaime Montaner, a Laumont truffle grower accompanied by his truffle dog, Charly.
The campaign united two worlds connected by scent and loyalty: the search for truffles underground and the search for autonomy in daily life. It was a tribute to the dogs that made our work possible... and that transformed lives.

Laumont collaborated with AFANOC by creating a gourmet charity pack featuring truffled products. For every unit sold, 5€ was donated to the association, reaching a total collection of 2,000€. The funds were allocated to projects such as La Casa dels Xuklis, which hosts families during medical treatments, and to the Lleida delegation, which offers psychosocial and emotional support. In addition to the financial aid, the initiative raised visibility for AFANOC's work among our clients across the country and abroad.
Cultural Patronage
As patrons of FiraTàrrega, one of the country's most significant international performing arts festivals, we help drive local culture and its international visibility, generating a positive impact on the cultural and economic fabric of our territory.

Commitment to the Community
At Laumont, we believe in sports as a driver for health, cohesion, and values. We have sponsored the Tàrrega Hockey Club and the Tàrrega Tennis Club, while also collaborating with other local sporting events. These actions not only promote healthy habits but also strengthen the sense of belonging and team spirit, reflecting our commitment to an active lifestyle and the community that surrounds us.

Laumont is a partner company of the Associació Alba, an organization that works for the social inclusion of people with functional diversity. Among the initiatives we have supported, our participation in the Inclusive Triathlon stands out, an event that promotes sports and participation for all individuals, regardless of their abilities.
Gastronomy and Solidarity
At Laumont, we collaborated on the creation of the book Fogons Solidaris (Charity Stoves), an initiative by the Lleida restaurateurs' collective Cuina Amiga and edited by food journalist Rafa Gimena. The book brings together recipes created by chefs from Lleida or those with a strong bond to our territory.
100% of the profits were donated to El Menjador, a project led by the Fundació Jericó and the Lleida Food Bank, which offers two daily meals and dignified support to people in vulnerable situations. It is a proposal that unites gastronomy, solidarity, and regional pride.
Planet Laumont
At Laumont, we know that quality begins at the source. That is why we protect the forests, care for biodiversity, and reduce the impact of our activity through measures that preserve the mycological ecosystem.
People Laumont
Nothing we do would be possible without the people who are part of Laumont. We are committed to their development, well-being, and inclusion so that they grow with us and serve as ambassadors of our values.
Cultivating Bonds
At Laumont, every action stems from a deep connection with the land, the people, and the community that surrounds us. We work to ensure our legacy goes beyond the product, creating lasting ties that strengthen the territory, care for the planet, and support those who are part of our story.
