Product description
Summer truffle juice is the extract of the truffle when cooked. The extract is obtained by boiling the fresh truffles. The liquid retains all the essence of the truffle and the result is a very concentrated truffle juice, ideal for certain types of industrial applications.

Moreover, there are no preservatives: the product contains only summer truffle juice and salt. There are 3 qualities of juice depending on the type of truffle used for preserving: extra, premium and industrial.
