Assortment of wild and cultivated dried mushrooms, of great quality for restaurants and chefs. Includes king oyster, black trumpet, shiitake, chanterelle and St. George’s mushrooms. All naturally dried and free of preservatives and flavourings.
This ready-made mushroom mix is a feast of aromas and flavours that you can add to your menu. It’s easy-to-use and good value for money. You can serve dishes featuring five different types of mushrooms with a gourmet touch, and at inexpensive menu prices in your restaurant. The mushroom mix is perfect for delicious, quick-to-cook meal. The mushrooms barely need to touch the pan and they’re almost done. And you don't have to clean them like fresh mushrooms either. Remember that 500g of dried mushrooms equals 1kg of fresh mushrooms. When you hydrate them, they double in size. A little goes a long way. Ideal for pasta, meat, wok dishes, risottos, stews, mushroom creams and anything else you like.
How to hydrate dried mushrooms
How to rehydrate dried mushrooms:
- Boil the mushrooms in water for one minute.
- Or soak in warm water (30°C and 40°C) for a few hours.
Once hydrated, they can be used as if they were fresh mushrooms. The water from hydration concentrates the flavour of the mushroom and can be used to enrich the taste of various dishes. Dried mushrooms can also be added directly to stews, creams and soups.

Store in a cool, dry place. Long shelf life of 24 months.
