After a few difficult years in terms of organising this type of event, it seems that large-scale face-to-face events are gradually making a comeback. Three of the major national and international fairs are held in late March and early April.

Madrid Fusión is the first world gastronomy congress and, according to the figures, it is also the largest event of its kind in the world. The 2022 edition will celebrate its 20th anniversary. Over the years, more than 130,000 visitors have attended.
It is a trade fair specialising in catering, which is why it brings together the greatest national talents in the field of gastronomy. The best chefs in the world take part in the congress to present their thoughts, present the latest news or explain the secrets of their cuisine.

Alimentaria 2022 (Barcelona, 4-7 April) – LAUMONT: Stand D251-4 - Lands of Spain
Alimentaria is an international reference event for all professionals in the food and catering industry. It is a historical fair held since 1976 in the mythical area of Fira Barcelona.
It is distinguished by its strong presence not only at the national level but also at the international level: in the more than 10 trade fairs of the Alimentaria fair and the 14,000 m2 of floor area, there are some 400 companies from 52 countries.
In this edition, the focus was on promoting innovation and sectoral specialisation. The new post-pandemic consumer trends will take centre stage, and everything is prepared for participants to find the business opportunities they are looking for.

Fruit LOGISTICA specialises in the fresh fruit and food sector and is another of the trade fairs that have become a world reference. Berlin has 3,300 exhibitors and more than 72,000 professional visitors over three days.
FRUIT LOGISTICA brings together all the businesses and players in the fresh produce market, offering a complete overview of all the news, products and services throughout the process.
