The juice is obtained from the first cooking. The result is a juice of high quality and flavour, which cannot be compared to other second cooking products. Moreover, there are no preservatives: the product contains only truffle juice and salt.
There are 3 qualities of juice depending on the type of truffle used for preserving: extra, premium and industrial.

We produce truffle juice with black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum), with summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum) and with brumale truffle (Tuber Brumale).
